In a twelve race series, contested over four days, Rod and Kerry Waterhouse from Sydney, Australia, finished with a 2nd and a 5th, on the final day, to take out the Masters International Cup, at the Hobie 16 World Championships on Captiva Island in Florida, USA.

The official Notice of Race lists the following: [DP][NP] Competitor’s Insurance Each “person in charge” (see RRS46) shall have current third-party liability insurance with a minimum coverage, of not less, than $300,000 USD. Proof of this insurance must be presented at registration. What does this mean?
